You said delete everything in your HTdocs and then go to localhost and select your language and then you go on about setting up your password. You can't do that if you have deleted everything in htdocs EDIT: Why can't I edit config?

Why not use a butterfly instead? I'm pretty sure it is compatible. Plus it's free.
