    You need to add the rooms to the public section manually. There's no publics as there isnt any hotel premade rooms such as the welcome room. You will have to into navigator_publics and add your/a room to the publics.

    The enable yeah would be in the habbo.swf, in which you would need a SWF Decompiler to do so, in my understanding, i think also the boon drape is also in there, but im not quite sure about that.
