Mhm, it's alright I guess, inspired by Windows 8? Maybe add a little box at the a lighter black/grey and jut put 'Maintenance' in to make it a bit more attractive to the eye.

Highlight the contact’s name in the Contacts list so you can see the chat window for this contact. Click on the "Conversation" menu and select "Notification settings". Select/unselect there the appropriate option for the notifications.

This looks like an edit of the Mango Theme as I have previously tested this before but didn't particularly like it, I can definitely see a difference with this so imma' rate it a 6/10. Keep up the good work pal.
