Mhm, it's alright I guess, inspired by Windows 8? Maybe add a little box at the a lighter black/grey and jut put 'Maintenance' in to make it a bit more attractive to the eye.

No, i was just making something.
First i was thinking to make a complete website. Because i going to make tomorrow a portfolio layout, it was better to make this.

Good try I guess but there is no point in releasing this. Not enough effort has been put in. It's a simple, plain html document with a little css; it can be easily coded.

If you rounded the edges and made it slightly transparent it would be even better.
