Your banners, I'd currently rate a 6/10, you obviously know what you're doing but not enough of it, I know you can produce much better banners! These are just images with a few bits of text on with some transparent boxes, maybe to make it even better add your own custom logos, get some Habbo...

I only empty mine when I'm moving files around, transferring things onto memory sticks, putting software onto each PC, accidentally have software alias and then just chucking it away... Mostly when I clean up my desktop.
