Just get an external HDD or USB
I have the 250gb but when i need to transfer stuff i use my usb which i have formatted into xbox storage.
It works pretty well and takes no time at all.
I think a 32GB usb stick would do you well unless you want to pack your console with loads of films/music
You made that choice when you decided to buy the xbox
