XBOX Xbox One (Disconnecting From Wifi)

Hey Guys,
My Xbox One updated the other day and every since the update it keeps disconnecting from the wireless it's never done it before and it's starting to piss me off cause i can't play any games online without it f@$king up are there any fixes for this or wait for the new update?

P.S - Don't say get a Ps3/Ps4 i've got both i'm a bit of a mixed console gamer

I have an ethernet that goes from downstairs through the wall into my room - so I don't have this issue
