Xampp Redirection Error

Hey guys, I've been having a problem with XoaCMSv3. Every page you click or manually type into the address bar i.e. "http://localhost/register" redirects you to "http://localhost/xampp". At first I thought I knew you the problem was, there was a folder that I had forgotten to delete from HTDocs named "xampp". I got rid of that, restarted Xampp and tried again, and the same thing happens. If you have any ideas of the fix for this please let me know asap.

it redirects to localhost/xampp. Or localhost/index it would redirect to localhost/xampp.
