Will there be another World War?

I think that there is coming a third World War, but North-Korea will not be the country who starts this war. North-Korea just threatens the world to ask for food in the end. When North-Korea presses the 'Red button' to fire the missiles, are there many other countrys who have that 'Red button' too. So North-Korea is not very smart if it's going to start a war.
