When looking for a server (retro), what do you look for?

I meant findretros team.

Personally, I'm not in the retro (or Habbo) scene. I just enforce the rules set for FindRetros. This makes me unable to give decent ratings. For the other staff members, this is different. They either know certain owners or are affiliated somehow with an hotel, which could lead to biased ratings. Don't think this will work.

What @Atomic said but also maybe uptime status? How long it has been up for since users want a retro that the uptime is about 100%?
