Really depends what you are looking for. PlusEMU is developed more on Devbest, but if you use the rival forum than Morningstar would be more assistance with problems. Also depends on your programming capability. C# vs. Java

No, the development project stopped. There’s quite a lot of releases of edits of Plus, it’s popular because there’s so much support for it, and in my opinion easier to setup.

MorningStar is probably the best option, it has regular updates and it has a lot more features if you’re not sure how to code.

Again it comes down to what you’re looking for. If you want the latest Habbo features with regular updates, then I would suggest MS

You’ll forever be opening threads and asking for the latest features with Plus if you’re not sure how to add them yourself. In my opinion latest furniture, clothing and a good economy is all anyone needs.
