What's better

So I've been wondering around on the Shoutbox (Which was totally unneeded on what is better)

- Off shore Hosting

- Reseller hosting

- Shared hosting

Now the reason why I'm asking this is because I've previously been thinking onto buying hosting but I've recently seen those solutions and i don't know what is better and so I'm going to make you decide.

Reseller and shared hosting can be off shore. Reseller is normally/obviously better if you went to sell shared hosting, and shared hosting is better if you just want to host yourself.

I'm not some ''Pro'' guy when it comes to hosting and that stuff, that's why I'm asking it here. I want like an host that can provide me free shared hosting where i can put such websites on as test.cu.cc (That's an example)
