Website not loading

Hello i'm currently setting up a retro on my linux VPS, i'm new at linux VPS but i have had Ubuntu before and used it so i know what i'm doing.
But for somehow i get "This page isn't working" when loading the website ( i have made a random file and tried to run it. It could run it so my directory is correct )

I've checked my config file and such and uploaded DB but still no luck, have tried restarting apache + mysql.

Is there anything i can do from now?

I removed password and made a blank space.

Didn’t think you could setup a retro on a linux server? I might be wrong but I’ve never had any issues on Windows.

You can! If you using an Emulator running Java as Arcturus, but yeah i should stick to windows as it's alot better!
