Updated packets, now getting "An item with the same key has already been added"

Hey DevBest, i've updated my packets on the original Plus Emu R2.

I'm now receiving this error on the Emulator,

I replaced the RSA Keys,

Changed the Server & Client Headers.

I also received no compile errors either.

What's the best way to check for duplicates?

Well, compare the ID's in this section to the rest of the packets... It could be a duplicate from a method that was called before the moderation packets were initialized
