i did already... and then i restarted my computer and it still wont work...

Check you have setup the DCRS correctly, or check the external_variables.txt file

You see, That means the links to the DCRs are invalid. You need a real link. Alot of links are dead cause the websites no longer available or they deleted the DCRs. Your mostly likely to be using the Habbo.com link. Habbo is now R63. So they have deleted there DCR releases.

Your better off hosting your own in your XAMPP @ C:\xampp\htdocs
