it is not up to date. you should get the latest version and

i have phoenix emu 3.0 and im not going to 'buy' a license... if u know what i mean

It really depends upon you. having a phoenix license will always
get you up to date with some new things and here at DevBest
we dont support cracked emulators.

ok got everything worked now but my furni won't load i got these black boxes also badges won't load and you can't see my clothin its just white (my habbo is white..) how to fix

Just simply don't use XAMPP. Get IIS7, and a MySQL server.

When you download Rev did you get to see the RevCMS 1.9.9.9 folder beside the the macosx folder if then extract the files
inside to your htdocs/wwwroot which ever you using then configure it up.
