did you opened the wampserver and tick Service Apache & MySQL ?
if you're done , try go to localhost

Hey,im stuck at step 2 . At "go to htdocs again. And open up the file "Run this into the database first" and select all that and copy. Then go to the "SQL" tab in PHPMyAdmin, and paste and then click "Run". Wait for that to insert. Once that's done now to edit the main CMS"
