It can be used for both, though since this is very old some of the names you see in his screenshots may be obsolete. Also in more recent SWF revisions they've changed the xmlsocket area, so you'll have to find the specific part in the file and copy the thread.

It's very similar to this guide, but it depends on the revision of the SWF. Your best bet is to post a thread. I am going to lock this thread due to it being kind of obsolete now.
