Search to see if that catalog page is a parent in the database ( the children may be invisible )

The parent.id is the id of the page where it should be

Select * from catalog_pages where parent_id = @PageId

Replace @PageId with the pages ID.

do I replace with the 'Scambio Crediti' id page or with the 'Welcome Catalog' page?

No search the Scambio Crediti page ID to see if any other pages have used it for its parent ID.
