The real creator of Static (Zack - also known as Zam) isn't returning to the Habbo retro scene. So I am pretty sure that it is not owned by Zam. Also, on the main advertisement thread he states that it is under new management.

Nothing like Static. All it is, using the name Static and using the old statics logo [So no its not under new management, its just a new hotel trying to be successful by using an old name. Seen so many hotels try and clone Static Hotel and Blah Hotel, but none succeed.

I talked to Zam on St4ic forums, so don't know where you got that information from.. He left retros "for good" anyway so even if i hadn't asked I'm still in the right.

I don't understand why people don't think of their own ways to come up with a hotel rather than ripping someone elses hotel name because it was big and known. It's as if you think because you called your hotel "StaticHotel.US" that you're now going to randomly get 1500 users pop onto your hotel.
Zack wouldn't have given you "permission" to use Static, because if he did I am sure you'd be using the real domain - not a fake one that you just brought.

He didnt really rip it, he actually got the permission from zack to re-open and paid a couple of $$$ i guess,
although zach refused to hand him the facebook page and the domain as future purposes
i pretty much assume you did the same thing with babbo
