SSL problem

So, i started a hotel. Everything looked fine, we thought we were protected everywhere. Till we checked the SSL. Our ipv4 was inside the SSL, so everybody who knows a bit about coding can DDoS us. Anybody who knows a solution for this? Using the free SSL from cloudflare.
