(SOLVED )Catalog Loads Blank For rank 1 users (plus emu)

Hello, users are saying the catalog is blank. It wasnt showing blank on my account (as an admin) but then when i login to another account with a rank 1 (user) the catalog is blank.. any ideas in what direction to take to fix?

Your catalog pages need to be in order by rank if you have a page on the top of your catalog with rank 2 it needs to be moved to the bottom under the last rank 1 page by order num

After some digging I found the page that was causing this, what you said was the issue was the issue lol. Thanks so much !
