So Pissed about my game!

OK, so I bought Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 yesterday. I started to play story mode. Then my mom comes in, changes my room to the way she wants it. Then she picks up my Xbox 360 with the game still in there. The Black Ops disc fell out the slot, into the box. Luckily I got it out, but then the game ends up with scratches all over the game, and I have to wait a whole week just to play. $59.96 of Bullshit!!!

If the xbox gets picked up with the game still in it, how does it fall out?

On another note, make your mum buy you a new copy or take it back and claim it was scratched when you received it

When it was in slot of the disc drive, then my mom flipped the whole Xbox upside down, and the disc fell into the hardware, and cords inside the system.

Try using a disk scratch removing device sole store may do it cheaply too
