Tell us more, rather than just having people (like @Sarbaz ) like it and PM you? You looking to host a r63a, or r63b, what would their job be, what are the specs of the VPS you have/are buying, hotel name, do you have someone who will do graphics and a basic plan on the retro.
By basic plan, I do not mean:
-Find an owner;
-Get them to setup the hotel;
-Open the hotel.

I mean something like:
-Find an owner, who you will have trust in and is experienced in the retr community. Preferably someone who can code what you cannot and prefers the UI you're wanting to use;
-Setup the basic hotel;
-Get some graphics, CMS (and maybe emulator) work done;
-Open in BETA using a PAID DOMAIN;
-Fix bugs and open officially.
