RCON Problem

Hello, i use rcon commands for automatic give badge my rcon function :

function RCON($header, $data = '') {
    $musData = $header . chr(1) . $data;

    $sock = @socket_create(AF_INET, SOCK_STREAM, getprotobyname('tcp'));
    @socket_connect($sock, '127.0.0.1', '30001');
    @socket_send($sock, $musData, strlen($musData), MSG_DONTROUTE);
    @socket_close($sock);
}

End this to send my rcon command :

RCON('give_user_badge', ''.$_SESSION['id'].'', 'BADGE_ID');

My error is :

System.IndexOutOfRangeException: L'index se trouve en dehors des limites du tableau.

RCON commands should executed like this:

RCON('give_user_badge', $_SESSION['id'].':BADGE_ID');

My error is solved but i not receive my badge :/
