You can make the Blog Page work and change the contact page to Hasan instead of Administrator.

Okay here goes;

Overall, it's nice, clean and simple but I agree with what ecko said about the progress bars - although I have them on my site, I will be changing them soon once I get around to it. Also, I think it may be a bit too plain, with it all being one column etc and some of the borders could be a bit lighter just to make it feel a bit cleaner.
I would consider adding the following to your stylesheet as well:

-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;

As this will help make your fonts look less pixeled around the edges.

Finally, I think you have some credits to leave for

as it wasn't created by you, you've just edited the content - I also don't see the relevance of this as it's just another repeat of the main site?

But yeah, nice work maybe try learning how to fill up spaces more effectively in the future.

this is stupid, stop doing this:

i agree, i see programming as there's no limit in how much you can learn and how good you can get, you can always learn something new every day.
you might think it's wrong.. i might be wrong but this is how i see it and this is what makes programming fun for me.
anyways, i'll rate it 9.5/10, keep it up.
