R63 Emu Error Help?

I keep getting this error on the emu? how do i fix? i have checked and the password is correct:

what server are you using? Mysql server community or Xampp mysql? or etc?

Xampp, But i used to have a r63rp and the emu worked fine.

Run this SQL query, replace MYSQL_PASSWORD with root's password:

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO root@localhost IDENTIFIED BY "MYSQL_PASSWORD";

The emu now says Using password NO?

place a password in the config and make sure you save it. Make sure it is the same password on the mysql server.

This is what i done, i went onto Phpmyadmin and added the code he said to do into my reality database and added a sql query and done this:
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO root@localhost IDENTIFIED BY "(my phpmyadmin password)";
And then i clicked submit, and then i went to start my emu and it says Using password NO?

Change the pass in the emulator! make sure there isn't another config in the classes aswell.

That config file you posted is for the CMS you're using, you also have to configure it in your EMU.

Goto: bin -> Debug -> data -> server_main.cfg

If that doesn't work, goto;
bin -> data -> server_main.cfg

I have the new password is in the global.php and the emu .. but still it says Using password NO

Ive managed to get the emu fixed but when i join my hotel it loads into hotel view but nothing happens? also nothing happens on the emu either..
