public ads wont save?

I have publuc ads with PLUS EMU.
I put the image into my wwwroot and checked the link to see if it works and it did.
I put the image url into my ads_background and it wont save? None of them will save at all it wont even save the y x z coords.?? Someone help? It have the save button?

Is it the add pop up that occurs for an amount of seconds when logging into the client?

Try putting the image in your c_images
