What do you do to the current users? I'd give them all a caution via the console, Asking them to stop otherwise it will go further
What do you do to the current staff members? If this staff memeber was a lower rank than me, I'd tell them to stop. Even if they are higher, I'd tell them what they were doing..

Current experience: Worked on Blah & Static Hotel
(Scenario):: The current user "Pokadotpink" is upset as she has just been bullied by a group of users. You find out that one of the fellow persons in this group is a xeon staff member. You find this really upsetting as you were promised great staff and for staff to handle situations like this.
