Port forwarding not working.

Hi i made a hotel and want to port forward it iv'e port forwarded (3306,80,30000,30001) but then my hotel would not work on my IP so then go to canyouseeme.com and all the the ports have errors, ive allowed them past firewall still no luck pleases help me.
