If your decimal is set to a dot (.) then click "change date and time settings" and change internet time to time.nist.gov

I don't know why this happens either, I have solved it before by doing that time.nist.gov thing but that does not seem to fix it, maybe for a while, I also tried my "public_items" fix as well but for some reason, it's not a black room but the client gets stuck at 76% BUT again however I use 6078 SWF flash files and everything works fine, so maybe try 6078 SWF flash files from *****.com/plusemu.php instead of 6173 as intended, idk why just 6173 does not like some things.

Nah mate, didn't helped. It's something with the rooms cz when i deleted all the rooms from database the error just fixed till i creating another room and making a password for it or something like that....

Deleted all ours as well but I'm pretty sure it has to do with room floor plan but it doesn't seem until after you exit off client.

I've never come across this issue, I've noticed a lot of foreign people are getting this error; maybe it has something to do with the VPS setup/language etc.

I've always used UK hosted VPS company's and use the official downloads

umm, room ads is my catalogue and i im not using it for my rooms. Btw im holding my server on my local pc cz need to translate everything.
