PlusEMU - r64b (rc4) Black Client

Hello guy's!

So I need your help! I'm getting an error it's doing it both for r63b and r64b how some of you call it, It load's and it connects on the DB but it stay's as a black screen, I have set up everything correctly, please help me. I've even gone on Tool's > Developer > Console and I fixed whatever needed to be fix.
