[PlusEMU Mono] Support

Hi.

I managed to install NGINX, PHP, MySQL succesfully to set up my hotel. Unfortunately I discovered that I am not being able to compile (start, debug w.e.) my own PlusEMU using Mono.
However, I tried a released PlusEMU that supports Mono, but that one have exploits according to the OP and some users.
