Hi, someone can provide Forums group for production 2016 07?

Not sure they are coded , like at all. Your best bet would be look at another emulator -> find the packets that introduce forums and set them up yourself. I have not had time to do this yet;

Maybe this has been added to Sledmore's new production in development. I think there's going to be some kind of release towards the end of the month.
