Pick from a list based on %

Hi,
I searched around the web but mostly it comes up with excel documents and not what I’m looking for.

Basically, I’m looking for a web based application or something where you press a button and it gives you an answer based on a %. I don’t want to use another site as I want to implant this onto my site.

For example:
Apples - 70%
Oranges - 20%
Banana - 10%

If I “roll” or “press the button” itll give one of those inputs based on the %, with Apple having a 70% chance of coming up.
