Php 5.6 will still work but not be actively updated for new security issues. It's not urgent, but no revcms php 7 is not supported

Converting Rev to PHP 7 isn't exactly a good thing to do, because it was made with very outdated practices in mind and doesn't follow PSR or anything. (Not to mention it's horrible structure defies MVC)

That said, Brain is fucking garbage so I would suggest if you're technical enough to edit Rev, look at Laravel Framework and you'll thank yourself later on for it.
