Now what I meed is someone to code me somekinda database where users can log promotions, trainings, transfers, rank sales etc.

I actually made one years ago, still have the source. Almost everyone is using it on the Dutch version, it's a bit outdated/shitty code though, and in Dutch. Search for Habbo Community Panel on Google, might still be an copy somewhere.

It actually is, lol. Yes, the source code is really shit. I did some attempts a lot of years back to make it a bit better, but back then I still didn't know enough nor is it needed anyways. It runs. That version still has one exploit though.

You might not recommend it, even though the code is shit, it works perfectly. An even older version even powers the whole Dutch community with those panels, for years already. No problems at all.
