If we were to make a logo for Devbest an icon to represent the forum what would you choose personally? I'm just curios since other forums have logos representing them and we have never had a logo.

How would you have it in your view?

Yes we do have a logo, I'm meaning more of an Icon. It could be a favicon if you wanted it to be.

I believe the logo would represent more than a coding forum or gaming forum or habbo forum because devbest is much more than that to me. I dont go to devbest just for my coding help in my learning time of Java, if i just needed help i would go on a coding specified forum. But devbest to me is like a family or friends. I learn things here, help people here, enjoy laughter, talk about different subjects, share stuff (porn) and anything is basically acceptable here. So i believe that it would be icon that represented a team kind of thing.

Are you talking about the favicon?

I get what he means, and for a while, logo and "banners" have been mis-interpret.
A logo is often an icon that represents a product/company, and this is what he means. You can take RZ's animated face in their logo as an example.
In modern day, text and those images has been mixed, causing confusion around the word.

This is what he means.

I think it'd be a good idea, and the icon should be based around the community.
In the best case, a competition should be made? Would benefit everyone in the end.

I was hoping for some actual examples hence the reason I put it in the graphics section now I've had to move it to General Discussion ;[. I think the whole idea of having a bigger gaming base now completes the entire object of ruling Habbo out of having rights to the "logo". So in my idea a gaming/development unique logo would be ideal what do you think?

It looks weird because it represents a hand thats chopped off with a mouth in it eating a D... and devbest should have like like 2 hands holding upright a shiny Letters "DB" as tiny people around it to represent a community

I'd imagine something like a circle with plain colors and 'DB' in the inside. Just something simple.
