GTA V Online Glitches (HEIST UPDATE)

If anyone has been playing heists lately and been around freemode then you would see a glitch in various places. Below is two glitchs which I've found commonly around GTA V, idk if theres more but if there is more then feel free to comment etc or even try out these glitchs to fool your friends.

1. Parachute Glitch - If you go into any ammu-nation store, and you go onto the parachutes then click your current one and exit the shop, it will drop your old parachute and you will be wearing your new one. If you keep doing it then you will drop tons of parachutes.
2. Apartment Glitch - If you go to the apartment shown on the image below, You will see the aparatment for sale sign, it may of already been glitch but it may depend. If it isn't then click onto buy then go off it and the sign falls on the floor, if you keep doing that then it will lag around that area.
