Old School Retros, whats so bad?

When people say Old School retros are stupid, I just want to know why. Preferably I like them because CMS retros are way over used. Even though most Old School are not 24/7 hosted does not mean their bad. So tell me why you like/dislike them. But I have to say if its a ham hotel I will not be joining it.

Its many 24/7 and VPS hosted OldSkools..
Their unpopular as the owners mostly are 9 year old newbs that got a sucked system.

Old school servers fail to me personal, there boring actually if it has this then i will join:

Non-Hamachi
24/7
Good site its hosted on
and good staff then I will join and its not CMS anymore its UBERcms

It depends on the retro really, most old skool owners are noobs as iDream said because they can't make a CMS retro. Some Old Skools are 24/7 Non-Ham, Most are not. It depends on what retro your playing.

I hate old school retros, uberCMS retros are better, I prefer them because (THE MOD TOOL IS GREAT!!!)
