MegaUpload cannot be held responsible for your upload. ' Then he wouldn't have had to go through all that crap, and MegaUpload may still be open.

No it wouldn't all that junk was already in the terms of service. Kim is covered by DMCA. He just has to remove illegal content and he cannot be hold liable. Its like suing a ISP for someone downloading and sending copyrighted music via the ISP. Its stupid. Hence why now they are realizing there is shit all case against him.

I agree with Sledmore, if you check Kim Dotcom's twitter, he says the bandwith has gone within 10 minutes from 0Gb to 10Gb, everyone is uploading & downloading files. Ofcourse it's slow... they need to fix all bugs, thats why they call it a BETA. And you still can login if your email is confirmed or not.

Imo it's really nice, it looks good and it is an easy to use interface. I big improvement.
