Hmm the website is alright;
One recommendation is opacity of the navigation bar;

opacity:0.3; you'll be suprised that it will look better and more fluid

Exactly what Wess said here, just adding a background and editing the template does not make it a perfect index page.

Constructive feedback:
The logo is a horrible font, its slightly blurry and not at a right size
Background will repeat with different screen dimensions
Its not the best idea to put the links in the footer, they belong at the header; anyway, the footer could be a bit more taller, and the links should be centered, maybe?
+ If you are going to showcase something, showcase it at its fullest, not just an index, that you have not put a lot of effort in
