No I mean where can I find this inside my emulator.
Or wherever you change the texts for the Moderation Tool.

They are probably in the client or externaltexts. The server just gives it functionality.

Thanks, I've been looking inside the Emulator and I couldn't find it anywhere.

It isnt in External Texts, download Habbo UI Editor, and search for it in there.
