Need help import .htaccess

I am missing "Import rules" in URL rewrite. How can I import my .htaccess file? Thanks for help.

Have you gone into sites > default site and URL rewrite instead of just the URL rewrite for the entire IIS ?

I finally figured it out, you were correct. But i still have 500 issues after imported .htaccess...
