My client wont load

The hotel I am making "HabFlash" Hotel has a freaking Sexy FlagCms , A working Emulator... And yet Whenever I try to load the client , it just stays at 33% And says Waiting for 64.31.26.206 , Which is none of my ip addresses....

Flag CMS is the rename of DeltaCMS in which you gotta edit the cms_settings table in your database instead of editing your client.php

It's either your swf's
or in your config it will say HotelLinkoriphere/external_flash_texts
At the end of that add .txt, so it looks like this external_flash_texts.txt
