Missing file

I was following the tutorial from the forum, but when the video is at 8:31 i need to do something with the Build1 file, but i dont have it, and i can`t find it anywhere.

Yeah can you explain what tutorial you used, build 1 is probably the emulator (Plus) can be found at retrofiles.net
