It's simple, don't use XAMPP.

Jesus, Why the hell are you messing with the code.. You don't even need to open a single file, All you require is to entire correct details and delete install folder, aka you're done.

Yes and I did that, check the image steps above. I know what I'm doing anyway was just a fact of setting it up.
I'm implementing its system into my theme at this moment.
