Recruiting make a custom client/emulator

Hi Devbest users

I'm looking for someone that is willing to create a custom made client for my hotel.. Ideas of what to put on the client would be great as I've never had one..

Also I'm looking for someone that is willing to code me a custom made azure (preferably) emulator for me. I know making a custom made emulator takes time and months so that's not a problem but again I've not had one before so ideas of features and things coded on the emulator would be appreciated.

Please could you let me know how much it would cost for the client and emulator to be made
