I don't have much time to play with this for you so the PSD is included. I'm also not a very good graphic designer. I can't 'create things from scratch' ie; draw so i've just used text and edited a shape in photoshop. That said it's totally original (as in i haven't copied anyone elses) so it's all yours!
Transparent png means you can put it over any background. I quite like flat colours as opposed to gradients as i think they went out with the early 2000's. It's all about flat design ie; google material, microsoft's metro design and so on. I would put this over a grey or white background personally.
