In order to be accepted into the development team I will assign you 1 small task to test how well you can code
(the task will not be related to LegacyEmu)

If you are interested in joining the team then pm me
The main goal of this project is to develop an emu that is stable with no exploits and has everything working at 100%
A little background information about me
-I am Jiee i used to own Legacy Archives (a large but mostly unknown habbo archive website that archived everything ever released related to habbo retros)

I will no longer be replying to any posts as I do not need to explain myself or my reasons to anyone. If you have legitimate questions or wish to join then pm me

Its not illegal to develop an emu, it becomes illegal once you start hosing a server and displaying the content, proof of my budget, like a bank account picture?
Yeah why not?

also calling my project a lie for no reason? You wouldn't be calling it a lie when your receiving your payments for work.
So you're paying each developer around 10, 000 dollars?

Read the post
You will be paid according to how much work you do and and the difficulty in the task.
If you don't do much work you don't get paid a lot of money simple
I'd like to be paid upfront, how does that work out for you?

Oh yes, I in reality I have -$2.00 and I have been paying my devs in dry rice and clean socks
Any proof you're actually paying these developers, (coming from them themselves) or that this isn't bought via carding sites. Sadly, with your amount I almost doubt any of its legitimate
Also:
if you're investing this much coming from legitimate sources, why not hire legitimate developers rather than choose from amateurs? Any professional could develop an emulator like this by reading the packets, it's not anything special (and I can't program myself, however note the word professional).

A few questions I'd like to ask you...
What language is this emulator programmed in?
Based off another emulator or is it from scratch?
Experience required to be on said team?
Current developers apart of this team?
Specify more on how the work-2-pay system you're going by?

Also emulators are illegal because of its encryption.
